Induction power supply
ABE-60AB
60kW
Shaft and bush hardening up to 80 mm diameter, plus billet and end heating.

ABE-60AB is specified for end heating, hardening, tempering and billet heating across hand tools and auto components.
We configure the ABE-60AB for shaft and bush hardening, including shaft diameters up to 80 mm, and for gears, JCB and tractor parts, axle shafts and flywheel rings.
We also build an ABE-60AB ultra high frequency variant, used for brazing work where a very shallow, very fast heat is wanted, and where the coupling distance between coil and joint is small.
Technical specifications
