Induction power supply
ABE-25AB
25kW
Stationary heating and hardening up to 30 mm diameter.

ABE-25AB is specified for brazing, end heating, annealing, hardening, tempering and soldering across hand tools and auto components.
For hardening specifically, We use this machine for stationary heating and hardening applications up to 30 mm diameter components. Stationary means the part and the coil do not traverse relative to one another during the cycle: the whole heated zone comes up to temperature together and is quenched together. It is the right approach for short features such as pins, tips, small journals and tool ends.
A double-station variant of the ABE-25AB is built for induction brazing, where one station heats while the operator loads the other, roughly halving the effective cycle time on manual work.
