What we build
We design and manufacture IGBT based induction heating and hardening machines, and air cooled high frequency electroplating rectifiers. Our work combines power electronics, inductor design, component handling and process control.
Our induction range covers 5 kW to 500 kW. We build manual and automated systems for heating, hardening, brazing, annealing, tempering, bonding and pre-heating, including PLC and CNC controlled vertical and horizontal machines.
Our electroplating rectifiers cover 300 A to 10,000 A at 12 V, with 18 V and 24 V ranges also available. We also operate an automated electroplating line, bringing practical process experience to our power supply work.
How we approach your project
We start with your component: its material, geometry, treated zone and production rate. From there, we select the power, frequency, coil, cooling, handling and controls as a complete system.
Our design, production, quality control, research and development, and testing teams work together through the build. We develop the process around the result you need on the part.

We are based at Plot No. 89, Bhakri Industrial Area, Bhakri Pali Road, N.I.T. Faridabad, Haryana 121001, India. Roughly 35 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Our Faridabad location serves the auto component, tractor, hand tool and forging industries across the Delhi NCR industrial belt and beyond.
