The coil is the tooling

An induction machine without the right inductor is a power supply and nothing else. The coil decides where the field goes, how tightly it couples to the part, and therefore whether the case is uniform. It is wound to the component, not bought from a catalogue.

We design and build our inductors for auto components, tractor parts, JCB parts and hand tools. We have built induction systems in Faridabad since 2001.

How inductors are designed

How buying a machine works

You discuss your component with our engineers at the N.I.T. Faridabad works, where the machines are designed and built.

  1. Send us the part. Your drawing, material grade, the zone to be treated, the case depth or temperature you need, and your production rate. If some details are still open, we can work through them with you.
  2. We review your component. Our team will look at your requirements and ask for any details we need to assess the application.
  3. We discuss the process. We will work through the power, frequency, coil, handling, cooling and controls with you.
  4. We prepare your proposal. We set out the machine configuration and scope. Ask us to confirm installation and commissioning, operator training, warranty and recommended spares in your proposal.

Questions buyers ask

Who is AB Induction?

AB Induction is the brand of A.B. Enterprises, a manufacturer of induction heating, hardening and brazing machines and air cooled IGBT electroplating rectifiers. We have designed and built them at our works in N.I.T. Faridabad, Haryana, since 2001. About the company.

What power range do you build?

We build induction systems from 5 kW to 500 kW, including billet heaters from 50 kW to 300 kW. Our ABE model pages cover power supplies from 15 kW to 120 kW. Our electroplating rectifiers run from 12 V 300 A to 12 V 10,000 A, with 18 V and 24 V ranges.

What do you need from me to quote?

Send us your part drawing, material grade, treated zone, required case depth or temperature, and production rate. Tell us what happens before and after heating so we can plan the handling and controls. If some details are still open, we can work through them with you. The quote form asks for these details.

How much does an induction heating machine cost?

We do not publish prices, because the cost depends on the configuration. Power rating, frequency, coil design, handling and automation, and cooling all affect it. Tell us about your part and your production rate and we will prepare a quotation. Request a quote.

Do you export?

Yes. Contact us with your destination, electrical supply and project requirements. We will discuss a suitable machine and the delivery arrangements for your location.

Can I visit the works?

Yes. Contact us to arrange a visit to our works at Plot No. 89, Bhakri Industrial Area, Bhakri Pali Road, N.I.T. Faridabad. You can find our address and map on the contact page.

Tell us about the part.

Send a drawing, the material, the case depth or temperature you need, and your production rate. Our engineers will help define the right machine for your process.
