We provide service and support across India from our Faridabad works. Contact us Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 IST. We are closed on Sundays.

Our engineers and technicians work with induction heating, hardening and related processes. Tell us what has changed in your machine or process so we can discuss the next steps.

Agree the support scope with us

We will discuss the support arrangements for your machine as part of your enquiry. Ask us to confirm the following in your proposal:

• Installation and commissioning scope
• Operator and maintenance training
• Warranty period, coverage and exclusions
• Service response and visit arrangements for your location
• Recommended spare parts and their availability
• Process support after handover

Spare parts for your machine

Tell us your machine model and serial number and we can discuss the recommended spare parts for your machine and duty cycle, and their availability. For a new machine, ask us to set out recommended spares in your proposal.

What to share when you need help

• Your machine model and serial number
• The alarm message or a photo of the display
• Your component, material and current program
• Any recent change to the coil, cooling system, quench or incoming material
• When the issue occurs and how it affects the part

Care for the whole process

We recommend following the operating and maintenance instructions supplied for your machine. Cooling water, quench condition, coil geometry and electrical connections all affect reliable operation. Contact us before changing a process setting or component outside the agreed specification.

Use trained personnel and the specified isolation procedures for inspection and maintenance. We can discuss the appropriate checks and spare parts for your machine and duty cycle.
